80s Hats

I'd be trying to get one of the plastic, cheap visors that were made in rich colours. In the 80s, mine were hot pink, lime green and black. The visors sat just under your fringe, and were very cool and popular. In hot places, they didn't do anything to keep your head cool, and became uncomfortable to wear.

If however, by some freak of nature you can get your hands on one of these, please wear it! I can't even find a picture in Google, to show you, however, good 'ol Amazon sells them!

Other common 80s visors, were the material ones that the mum's would wear, or you would see at the tennis.

All of the American Baseball teams were cool, and in Australia, the NY Yankees and LA Dodgers were very popular. Of course these logos on the caps have made a resurgence in the naughties, however, the styles and fit were way better in the 80s!

Currently, it's popularity was helped by Justin Timberlake, however, in the 80s, it was Michael Jackson, who influenced us to wear this style of hat.

Again, I have a picture of me somewhere, wearing this style of hat. I promise to look for it soon.
